I know that Google spiders my sites a lot. The chances are they spider yours just as often, and if your site has some Google PR then you can be sure that they send the spiders round a lot.
If your site doesn’t have any PR yet then it doesn’t mean that your site doesn’t get spidered.. you can see it in your AWStats, or there is a free plugin that shows you how often the search engines come to your WordPress sites.
Squidoo gives me an RSS feed, GoArticles gives me an RSS feed, my new sites have an RSS feed, heck I can even make my own RSS feeds with all the profile links!
